RD850 Series Paperless Recorder
OMEGA Engineering, Inc. announces the new RD850/840 series of powerful, flexible and easy-to-use paperless recorders. This new recorder eliminates the maintenance and inefficiencies in processing and storing rolls of chart paper by replacing them with a bright, high resolution, backlighted LCD display. Data is recorded on removable 3 1╝2-inch disks or PCMCIA memory cards equivalent to multiple rolls of recording paper. Directly transfer data to IBM compatible PCs via addressable RS485 or RS232 communication port, PCMCIA card or disk.
Each unit provides a compact 1╝2 DIN case, 14 bit resolution, high accuracy, and up to 12 total channels. Analog inputs accept DC voltage, DC current, thermocouple, RTD and pulse signals.
